If you're locked out (lost your number, banned, or otherwise can't sign in), email us at meetiqo089@gmail.com from the email address on your MEETIQO account (or include the phone number your account is registered with) with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We'll verify it's you and confirm once your account has been deleted, usually within 5 business days.
Your profile (name, photos, bio, interests), meetups and plans you hosted, your join requests, connections, blocks, ratings, and Trust Score history are permanently removed. This cannot be undone.
We keep only what we're legally required to retain (for example, records needed for fraud prevention or legal compliance). This retained data is not used for any other purpose and is not visible to other members.
Messages or meetups you were part of remain visible to other members you interacted with, the same way a deleted account's messages persist for the other party in most messaging apps — your own profile and content are removed, not theirs.
